We're headed back to The Bomb Shelter in Nashville in early February to record album number two, y'all! Gonna be titled "Outta Beer, Outta Here." But before that, we party with our good buds Casey James Prestwood and the Burning Angels in Denver at the Globe Hall on January 21st. It's the last Saturday of the National Western Stock Show. Make a day of it! Come on out and dance! Party starts at 8pm and is just 8 bucks if you buy in advance from Globe Hall's website.

We had the pleasure of performing on Denver Open Media for their first Friday Open Music Session earlier this month. A very cool event. The concert was broadcast live on radio, cable television, and internet. If you're in the Denver area and get a chance to go to one, go! They rule. Our next show is a headliner (which means we'll be pulling out all the rare material) at Syntax Physic Opera with the great Santa Fean country dude Greg Butera and our first show with the most excellent David & Company from right here in beautiful Denver, CO. People are always asking me where they can come do some country dancing in Denver...well, here's your chance. Shine up your boots and grab your best old lady and kick some dust up. Very stoked to be playing the 2016 Sunnyside Music Festival in Chaffee Park this Saturday, the 10th! We hit it at 2:30pm, but it's a whole dang day of great bands. Did we mention that it's FREE?! Bring the whole damn family and do some two steppin'. Food, drinks, and vendors all on site, y'all. Fest runs 11-7.

Along with Treefort Music Fest, we'll be headed to Texas in March to play Bandit Town Texas Bound on the 19th! "Bring Your Sister" to be released late November!
Barring any setbacks, Hang Rounders' debut album will be available digitally and on cassette at the end of November. More to come very soon on that as we're hammering out the final details for a release show and so forth. For now, we have added a new show on October 30th with the Tejon Street Corner Thieves at Curtis Club (2100 Curtis here in Denver) for just 3 bucks!

This is the Hang Rounders' band webpage. We play both types of music, country and western. 4 of us are from Denver, Colorado, and one of us (Johno) is from Nashville, Tennessee.
